Prices
Our prices are per night and per person with a minimum stay of 7 days in the high season and 3 days in the low season. In addition to the room rate, there is a local tax of € 4.00 per night for guests aged 14 and older. Inclusive our spoiling halfboard with mountain breakfast & 5course evening diner with local specialities.

0 – 3 years: €25 per night
4 – 9 years: 40% discount
10 – 14 years: 20% discount
15 and older: 10% discount on the daily rate
Check-In and Check-Out
Your booked suite or chalet is ready for occupancy from 2:00 PM. We kindly ask you to vacate the suite or chalet on the day of departure by 10:00 AM
Wellness Hut
Our Wellness Hut with sauna, infrared cabin, steam bath, relaxation room, and showers is free for guests staying in our hotel and chalets. Also included is a wellness basket with bathrobes, towels, and cozy wellness slippers.

Wellness area: 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Outdoor sauna: 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Pets
On reservation and demand in some of our room categories You are welcome to bring your well-behaved and hotel-trained four-legged friends with you, by prior arrangement. For dogs, we charge from 25 euros per night. (final cleaning amount € 45.-) Please bring your dog's blanket or bed, as well as bowls and food. Dogs are not allowed in the dining room and our lounges but are welcome in the lounge and bar.
Booking & Payment
The booking is only binding when a prepayment or deposit has been made.
Booking with deposit: Your credit card will be charged with 30% of the total stay cost.
Booking with prepayment: Your credit card will be charged with 100% of the total stay cost.
In case you prefer to transfer the deposit or prepayment, please send us the payment receipt via email.
Cancellation Unexpected things can happen. Therefore, it's best to secure yourself with the cost-effective travel cancellation insurance.
If you need to cancel, depart early, or arrive later, the following cancellation conditions apply:
Cancellation is free up to 30 days before the arrival date.
For cancellations between 29 and 15 days before arrival, 50% of the rental price is charged.
Within the last two weeks before arrival, the cancellation fee is 70% of the booking price.
We ask for your understanding that in case of a no-show, 100% of the stay will be charged. Also, in the event of an early departure, 100% of the booking price will be invoiced
